Background: Graduated as a Veterinary Nurse from Viseu, Portugal in 2013 and concluded his Veterinary Medicine master’s degree from Coimbra, Portugal in 2020.
Clinical Interests: From a very young age, Joao wanted to pursue a veterinary career. He has gaining a special interest for surgery (soft tissue and traumatology in particular) and lately started to enjoy developing knowledge in animal behaviour.
At Home: Joao has a ginger cat named Figaro, who spends most of his time outside but he loves to take a good nap on his lap at the end of the day.
