COVID-19 precautions

Thank you to all our clients for your patience and understanding in these testing times. As a practice we are trying to keep clients and staff as safe as possible, whilst delivering the best possible service to you and your pets.

We are following the latest guidelines from the Government and our professional body, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

Therefore, you will find our staff wearing masks and visors but please be assured we are still the friendly and caring staff underneath all the PPE.

We kindly ask that you maintain a 2-metre social distance from others during your visit and wear a face covering unless you are medically exempt.

When attending your appointment please press the buzzer by the front door and wait for a member of staff who will 'check in' your animal and answer any queries you may have. Once you have spoken to a member of staff please stand back from the buzzer so other people can be attended to without compromising the safe distancing rules.

Currently we are not allowing clients to accompany their animals into the building so one of our team will take your pet into the Klinic for the appointment. If you would like your animal examined outside, please let the Vet or Nurse know and where possible we will do our best to fulfil this request.

We are trying our best to see everyone at their allocated time, but things do take a little longer in the 'new normal' so please bear with us.

If you have any questions or queries, please contact us via telephone or e-mail and we will try and get back to you as soon as possible.

Once again, thank you for your continued support and we hope you and your pets stay safe.

Best wishes from
All the staff at Vet's Klinic
