We provide extensive opening hours, 6 days a week, to meet you and your pet’s needs.
However, in the event of an emergency outside of these hours we have several services available to you, our registered owners and pets.
VidiVet is our first-line out of hours provider, where you can access rapid veterinary triage advice (similar to NHS 111 to help you determine if it is an emergency requiring immediate in-person veterinary care). Please contact them via the app if you need advice outside our normal opening hours.
This service is completely free of charge to all our registered pets.
You can feel confident that we are always available to deal with any pet emergency that may arise, day or night, and that we’ve got you covered for when we’re not available.
We recommend that in an emergency you call us first, or if necessary, call us while you are on your way here. We can then prepare for the emergency, be that with equipment, staff or medication.
If you cannot reach us during working hours, please do not hesitate to make your way to the practice.
If you have an emergency or your pet needs urgent care outside of our opening hours, call our usual number you will be automatically forwarded to the Emergency Service Provider.
