New customer registrations temporarily suspended
It is with regret that, as a result of exceptional circumstances, we have temporarily suspended new client registrations for the Klinic. Reduced capacity due to Covid practices, a significant increase in demand for our services and our dedication to delivering the best quality of care to our pet patients have all been a factor in this difficult decision.
Throughout the pandemic, we have been committed to ensuring that all our pet patients continue to receive the highest quality of health care. This has been a huge challenge for the team, who have worked tirelessly over the last 18 months to provide excellent care, despite reduced capacity resulting from Covid-secure working practices. We expect that the recent rise in Covid cases and in particular, the need to self-isolate if contacted by “test and trace” is likely to have further impact on our capacity.
At the same time, the pet population has grown and we have seen demand for our unique, high-quality services reach unprecedented levels.
We have therefore, decided to suspend new client registrations for a short period of time to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to our current clients without compromising the safety or wellbeing of our team.
If you have not previously registered as a client of Vet’s Klinic, please accept our apologies. Over the next few months, we have additional vets and nurses joining the team so that we can extend our services to even more clients. Please keep checking our website for updates as we would love to welcome you to Vet’s Klinic in the near future.
Current customers: Please be assured that our normal appointment schedule is available to book on-line for all customers who have previously registered as a client. You can also add new pets to your account at any time. If you are unable to access your account please email your details including name, address, email and telephone number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that account access queries cannot be answered by telephone.
Emergency care: If you are not registered with a veterinary practice and your pet needs emergency care then please call the Klinic on 01793 876619. Whilst we are not currently open for new client registrations, our priority is the health and well-being of your pets and we will do whatever we can to support urgent cases.
